Meet the Pastoral Candidate: Friday, September 25, at 6:30 pm in the sanctuary. Join us for a Meet & Greet with the candidate recommended by the Call Committee prior to Sunday's vote.
Adult Reading Group: Wednesday, October 7, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm. Discussion on Prayer in the Night by Tish Harrison Warren. Contact the church office for details.
Family Game Night: Friday, October 9, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm in the Mattes Center. Board and card games for all ages.
Bunco Night: Friday, October 16, 6:00 pm in the Mattes Center. Open to ages 18+. Bring a $5 wrapped "Fall" themed gift.

Weekly Groups:
Cub Scout Pack 17 Recruitment/Event: Sundays at 3:30 pm.
Scouts Troop 22: Sundays at 4:30 pm.
Men's Group: Sundays at 6:30 pm in the Mattes Center.
Support Groups:
Cancer Support Group: Third Tuesday of the month (Next meeting: October 20 at 5:00 pm in the Mattes Center). Offers a safe, confidential space for patients and caregivers.
Women’s Ministries & Marketplace:
WELCA Meeting: Thursday, October 1, at 6:00 pm in the Quilting Room or via Zoom (contact office for link).
WELCA Marketplace Helpers Needed: Bakers needed for the holiday sale! Looking for 12 families to donate 12+ rounds of homemade lefse (will be bagged/frozen), as well as holiday specialty treats (krumkake, rosettes, cookies) dropped off around noon on Friday, November 13.
Lydia Circle: Tuesday, October 6, at 1:00 pm in the Quilt Room. All women are welcome for coffee, conversation, and desserts.
Service & Outreach:
LWR Quilting: Monday, September 28, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm in the Quilting Room. (Meets 2nd & 4th Mondays).
LWR Kit Collections: Help gather items for School and Personal Care Kits. Lists available on the Stewardship table; monetary donations welcome.
Financial Stewardship: Support the General Fund or this month’s featured fund, the Food For Schools Project, which helps stock area school food banks.

Official Notice: Special Congregational Meeting
Date & Time: Sunday, September 27, 2026, at ~10:30 am (immediately following the single 9:30 am worship service).
Purpose: To vote on extending a formal Call to a candidate for Senior Pastor. Per ELCA policy, voting must take place in person by confirmed voting members.
In Our Prayers: Sympathies to the family and friends of Ruth (Palutke-Finch) Faulhaber, who passed away on September 11.
