1. Why am I not hearing any sound?
   To hear sound, please check that the volume on the video has been turned on and turned up, by checking the sound icon in the bottom right-hand part of the video, near the other video settings icons.

2. Why am I hearing the sound twice / why is there an echo?
   This usually happens because the video is open in two tabs in your browser at the same time. Please make sure to only load this page in a single browser, in a single tab.Item description

3. Why isn’t the livestream loading?
   Try refreshing the page or checking your internet connection.

4. Why does the video keep buffering or lagging?
   A slow internet connection can cause this—try lowering video quality or moving closer to your Wi-Fi router.

5. Why is the video quality low?
   Vimeo automatically adjusts quality based on your internet speed—wait a moment or change it manually in the player settings.
