Some members choose to fulfill their financial pledge—or make an additional gift to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church—by donating corporate stock or mutual fund shares. This can be a meaningful and tax-wise way to support the church’s mission.
To initiate a gift, please consult your financial advisor to arrange an electronic transfer of the shares to the church’s account.
At the same time, kindly notify our Church Office Manager, Rick Laufenberg, at (608) 788-0450 or email, rick@gslacrosse.org so he can anticipate and confirm the transfer.

Special Offering Envelopes – available occasionally for designated causes such as World Hunger or other outreach initiatives

Many Good Shepherd members use their numbered offering envelopes to give by check or cash, connecting their generosity with their participation in worship. If you would like to receive a set of these envelopes, please contact the church office at office@gslacrosse.org or call (608) 788-0450.

Many members donate stock or mutual funds to fulfill pledges or give additional gifts. Contact your financial advisor to transfer shares electronically, and please notify our office manager, Rick Laufenberg, so we can track your gift.

Using numbered envelopes allows you to connect your generosity with your participation in worship. If you’d like a set, contact the church office. You can mail envelopes if you are unable to attend services.

Your generosity supports the ministry of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, including worship, outreach, community programs, staff, and building maintenance. We also give a percentage to the wider Evangelical Lutheran Church in America to help fund on going support for humanitarian causes globally.
