Welcome to Sunday School!

We’re so glad you’re here! At Good Shepherd, Sunday School is more than just a class — it’s a joyful, faith-filled adventure where children from Pre-K through 5th grade discover what it means to be loved by God. Each week, our classrooms are filled with laughter, learning, and hands-on experiences that help kids connect with Bible stories in meaningful ways.

Through music that moves their hearts, crafts that spark creativity, stories that inspire, and play that builds friendships, children grow in faith and feel a deep sense of belonging. Every Sunday is a new opportunity to explore God’s world, ask big questions, and feel the joy of being part of something bigger — all in a space that’s safe, nurturing, and full of fun. No matter where you’re starting from, your child has a place here. Come join the journey!

Sunday School is on Sundays, from 8:30am–9:45am
from the second Sunday in September through the middle of May

What a Typical Sunday Looks Like

When your child arrives at Sunday School, they’ll be welcomed by name, introduced to their teachers and classmates, and invited to join in on the day’s activities. Each session includes:

  • 🎶 A fun group opening with music and prayer

  • 📖 A Bible story told in an age-appropriate, engaging way 📖

  • ✂️ Hands-on crafts, games, or object lessons that connect to the story

  • 🧃 Snack time and space to chat with friends

  • A closing blessing before heading to worship or home

We keep things relaxed, uplifting, and full of joy — so your child feels comfortable, curious, and connected every time they walk through the door.

Milestone Ministry

At Good Shepherd, our Milestone Ministry celebrates each child’s faith journey through special yearly milestones, marked with prayer, blessings, and joyful recognition during a Children’s Message with their church family.

Growing in Faith, Together

At Good Shepherd, we believe kids should know how deeply they are loved by God. Sunday School is a place to learn, grow, laugh, and belong — one story, one song, one Sunday at a time. We can’t wait to welcome you! 🐑
