Communion

Come the Table is Prepared

At Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, we joyfully celebrate Holy Communion on the first and third Sundays of each month during our weekend services.

We believe that in this sacred meal, God offers us the gifts of forgiveness, grace, and the real presence of Christ through the bread and wine. Holy Communion is a time for spiritual nourishment, reflection, and unity as the body of Christ.

All baptized Christians are welcome at the Lord’s Table. Whether you are a member of Good Shepherd or a visitor, you are invited to come and receive with faith and gratitude.

To ensure all feel welcome and included:

  • We offer non-alcoholic wine as a symbol of Christ’s blood.

  • Gluten-free wafers are available for those with dietary sensitivities.

If you have questions about our communion practice or would like to learn more about this meaningful sacrament, we encourage you to contact us.
