Worship
Sunday, February 15 — LuMin Sunday We worship this Sunday, the Sixth Sunday after Epiphany, with readings from Exodus 24:9-18, Psalm 23, 2 Peter 1:16-21, and Mark 4:26-32. Kathryn Thompson will preach, with music led by Randy Lyden, Karl Greenfield, and Dave Osley. Communion will be served this Sunday. Worship will be held at 8:30 and 10:30 am, with the 8:30 am service livestreamed. Sunday School meets at 8:30 am.
Sunday, February 22 — Seventh Sunday after Epiphany Next Sunday we continue the season of Epiphany with readings from Genesis 2:15-17; 3:1-7, Psalm 32, Romans 5:12-19, and Matthew 4:1-11. Harald Bringsjord will preach, with music led by Randy Lyden, Karl Greenfield, and Dave Osley. Communion will not be served next Sunday. Worship will be held at 8:30 and 10:30 am, with Sunday School at 8:30 am.

Bunco Night — Friday, February 20, 6:00 pm, Mattes Center Adults 18+ are invited for an evening of Bunco, laughter, and fellowship. Please bring a $5 wrapped gift with a "Valentines" theme.
Winter Choir Festival — Sunday, February 22, 4:00 pm, Trinity Lutheran Church Join the La Crosse Area Synod for an afternoon of music featuring Good Shepherd’s Sanctuary Choir. The event is held at 1010 Sill Street; admission is free.
Burrito Breakfast — Sunday, March 1, between services, Mattes Center Join us for a burrito breakfast with all the fixings between worship services. A free will offering will be accepted while supplies last.
Family Game Night — Friday, March 13, 6:00–9:00 pm, Mattes Center All ages are welcome for an evening of board games, card games, and fun together as a church community.
Small Groups & Support
Cancer Support Group — Tuesday, February 17, 5:00 pm, Mattes Center A safe, confidential space for adult cancer patients and caregivers to share feelings and experiences.
Good Shepherd Men’s Group — Sundays, 6:30 pm, Mattes Center Our men's group meets weekly for conversation and fellowship. Simply show up or contact the church office for more information.
Lydia Circle — Tuesday, March 3, 1:00 pm, Quilt Room All women are invited for coffee, delicious desserts, and friendly conversation.
Good Shepherd Women (WELCA) — Thursday, March 5, 6:00 pm Join in person in the Quilting Room or via Zoom. Contact the office for the Zoom link.
Grief Support Group — Thursday, March 12, 3:00 pm A caring and understanding group offering a space to share, listen, and find comfort together.
Get Involved & Support
Quilting for Lutheran World Relief — Monday, February 23, 9:00 am–3:00 pm, Quilting Room Help create quilts for Lutheran World Relief. Join for part or all of the day—whatever fits your schedule.
Food for Schools Project Support local school food banks by donating online via the QR code or by check made payable to the church with "Food for Schools Project" in the memo line.
2026 Offering Envelopes Envelopes are available on the table in the hallway near the office. Contact the church office if you were not issued envelopes but would like some.
Reading & Ushering Sign-Up Would you be willing to help fill in as an usher or a reader? Please contact Sue at sue@gslacrosse.org to get on the email list.
