Worship
This Sunday (September 21) — We worship on the Fifteenth Sunday after Pentecost with readings from Amos 8:4–7, Psalm 113, 1 Timothy 2:1–7, and Luke 16:1–13. Communion will be served at both services.
Next Sunday (September 28) — We worship on the Sixteenth Sunday after Pentecost with readings from Amos 6:1a, 4–7, Psalm 146, 1 Timothy 6:6–19, and Luke 16:19–31. Communion will not be served this Sunday.

Good Shepherd Men’s Group — Sundays at 6:30pm in the Mattes Center. All men welcome!
Celebration of New Members Dinner — Tuesday, September 23 at 6:00pm. Join us for dinner and information about Good Shepherd. RSVP to the office.
Burrito Breakfast — Sunday, October 5 between services in the Mattes Center. Free-will offering.

Bunco Night — Friday, October 17 at 6:00pm in the Mattes Center. Bring a $5 wrapped “Halloween”-themed gift. Ages 18+.
Annual WELCA Holiday Marketplace — Saturday, November 15, 9:00am–2:00pm. Featuring 23 vendors, 35 tables, pulled pork lunch for $7, and Norwegian lefse for sale!

Quilting for LWR — Monday, September 22, 9:00am–3:00pm in the quilting room. Come for all or part of the day!
Cancer Support Group — Tuesday, October 21, 5:00pm in the Mattes Center. For patients and caregivers.
Grief Support Group — Thursday, October 9, 3:00pm. Meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday.
Good Shepherd Women (WELCA) — Next gathering: Thursday, October 2, at 6:00pm (Zoom or in-person).
Lydia Circle — Tuesday, October 7, 1:00pm in the Quilt Room. All women welcome for coffee and community!
Get Involved & Support
General Fund — Support Good Shepherd through in-person or online giving.
Food For Schools Project — Help stock local school food banks with donations. Give via check (memo: “Food For Schools”) or online.
LWR Kits: Support a Student, Share Hope! — Donate notebooks, pens, crayons, towels, soap, toothbrushes, and more. Lists available at the Stewardship table. Monetary gifts welcome.
Serve During Worship — Sign up to serve as a reader or usher at gslacrosse.org/participate or in the Welcome Area.
2025 Church Directories — If you purchased one, pick it up in the Welcome Area. Extras available for $20.
Support Good Shepherd’s Youth Group — Purchase Scrip cards in the Welcome Area or from the church office.
Stay Connected
Sunday Fellowship — Coffee and conversation after worship in the Welcome Area.
Children & Sunday School — Children’s messages are part of the 8:30am service before heading to Sunday School.
Nursery — Available during worship down the hall past the churchfices.
Confirmation — Grades 6–8 meet Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
