Worship
This Sunday (October 26) — We worship on Reformation Sunday with readings from Jeremiah 31:31–34; Psalm 46; Romans 3:19–28; and John 8:31–36. Communion will not be served at either service.
Next Sunday (November 2) — We worship on All Saints Day with readings from Daniel 7:1–3, 15–18; Psalm 149; Ephesians 1:11–23; and Luke 6:20–31. Communion will be served at both services, and we will celebrate the baptism of Kirsenlohr at the 8:30am service.
Gather & Celebrate
Burrito Breakfast — Sunday, November 2, between services, Mattes Center — Enjoy burritos with all the fixings (or on a plate) while supplies last. A free-will offering will be accepted.
Family Game Night — Friday, November 14, 6:00–9:00 pm, Choir Room — Bring your family and friends for an evening of fun, laughter, and games for all ages!
Bunco Night — Friday, November 21, 6:00 pm, Mattes Center — Join us for a fun evening of fellowship, laughter, and games! Bring a $5 wrapped “Thanksgiving”-themed gift and enjoy the company of others. Open to ages 18 and up.
Holiday Marketplace — Saturday, November 15, 9:00 am–2:00 pm — Shop from 23 vendors (all spots sold out!), enjoy a pulled pork lunch for $7, and take home delicious Norwegian lefse. Bakers are needed—please sign up on the bulletin board and drop off donations November 13–14 (Noon–5 pm). Don’t miss the signed Packers football raffle!
Book Signing with Mariah Forster Olson — Sunday, November 16, 2:00 pm, Welcome Area — Meet Good Shepherd member and author of Hope Over Despair – Childhood Cancer and the Lifelong Journey of Survivorship. A portion of sales supports The Neuroblastoma Children’s Cancer Society.
Thanksgiving Eve Worship & Pie Social — Wednesday, November 26, 6:30 pm — Join us for a special service of gratitude and reflection, followed by a pie social hosted by Church Council. This service will not be livestreamed.

Quilting for Lutheran World Relief — Monday, November 10, 9:00 am–3:00 pm, Quilting Room — Join us for all or part of the day! Quilters may also sew at home—guidelines available at gslacrosse.org/quilters.
Lydia Circle — Tuesday, November 4, 1:00 pm, Quilt Room — All women are welcome for coffee, dessert, and conversation.

Grief Support Group — Thursday, November 13, 3:00 pm — Meets monthly on the second Thursday to share and find comfort together.
Cancer Support Group — Tuesday, November 18, 5:00 pm, Mattes Center — A supportive space for adult cancer patients and caregivers.
Good Shepherd Men’s Group — Sundays, 6:30 pm, Mattes Center — Join for conversation, reflection, and fellowship. No registration required.
Get Involved & Support
Faith Webs Ministry — Sunday, November 2 — Sign up on All Saints Sunday to participate as a youth or adult partner. Build intergenerational connections while supporting youth attending camps, mission trips, or faith events.
General Fund — Support Good Shepherd’s mission and ministry through in-person or online giving.
Food For Schools Project — Help stock local school food pantries. Write “Food For Schools” in the memo line of your check or give online.
Youth Group Scrip Program — Support our youth by purchasing Scrip cards (including Kwik Trip) in the Welcome Area or church office, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–1:00pm.
