With Gratitude – The congregation thanks Erik and Tiffani Mills from Play Grounds of La Crosse for hosting families at a joyful day of play and community building.
Music Ministry Updates – Randy Lyden explores the history of "Now Thank We All Our God," the Gloria Dei Youth Choir celebrates a successful performance, and articles highlight the power of organ music and opportunities to serve in choirs, worship bands, and ensembles.
Sunday School & Faith Formation – Director Breanna Ellison shares adventures from learning about the First Sin and Red Sea crossing, plus excitement for the upcoming Christmas Program with rehearsals beginning November 30th and the Trunk or Treat event recap.
Confirmation & Youth Group – Confirmation students dive into lessons on Mark, Luke, John, and Acts while completing a Salvation Army service project. High School Youth Group meets weekly on Wednesdays, and scrip card fundraising supports both programs.
Health Corner – Parish Nurses Cody and Kerstin Nedegaard provide essential information on colorectal cancer screening and practical cancer prevention tips through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices.
Announcements & Community Life – Updates include November event calendar, financial reports, memorial gifts, worship participation opportunities (readers, ushers, communion assistants), care ministries, fellowship groups (Men's Group, Lydia Circle, Good Shepherd Women), service opportunities (Mobile Meals, WAFER food pantry), and community partnerships.
