Call Committee Update: Looking Back and Looking Ahead (Survey #2)
The Call Committee has a small but important survey for every member of the congregation to participate in. This survey invites members of the congregation to reflect on how the church and the surrounding community have changed over the past five years. It aims to gather insights about positive developments within the congregation, areas where members hope to see future growth, and the ways the broader La Crosse community has experienced challenges or transitions. Additionally, the survey provides an opportunity for participants to share any other thoughts or feedback that may help guide the Call Committee as it discerns the future direction and leadership needs of the congregation.
