Lenten Worship
What is Lent?
Lent is a season of reflection, repentance, and renewal observed by many Christians, including those in the ELCA. It begins on Ash Wednesday and lasts for forty days (not counting Sundays), leading up to Easter. During this time, we are invited to turn our hearts more fully toward God through prayer, fasting, and acts of service, reflecting on our need for God’s grace and mercy. Lent is also a time to remember Christ’s journey to the cross, deepening our understanding of God’s love and preparing us to celebrate the hope and joy of Easter.

Worship is held every Wednesday at 6:30pm in the sanctuary and will not be livestreamed. All are welcome to join in person as we gather for reflection, prayer, and community.
