Welcome to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Help Center. We’re here to make sure your experience with our website, livestreams, and online content is smooth and easy. Whether you’re joining us for worship from afar or just browsing for info, this page will guide you through any problems you may encounter.

Having Trouble with the Website?

  • Try the following:

    • Refresh the page.

    • Make sure you’re connected to the internet.

    • Try opening the site in a different browser (we recommend Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

    • If you are still having issues, contact our webmaster.

  • All worship times and upcoming events are listed on the Homepage and on the Events Calendar page in the menu.

  • Try turning your phone sideways (landscape mode) or tap the three-line “hamburger” icon again. If it’s still not working, try updating your browser or restarting your device.

Livestream Help

    • Check the time—streams begin shortly before worship starts (about 10min prior).

    • Refresh the page just before worship begins.

    • Make sure your internet connection is stable.

    • Close other apps or tabs using the internet.

    • Switch to a wired connection if possible.

    • Lower the video quality by clicking the gear icon in the video player.

    • Make sure the video isn’t paused or muted.

    • If using Bluetooth headphones or speakers, disconnect and reconnect.

    • Try a different browser or restart your device

  • All worship services are recorded and available in our Livestream Archive shortly after the livestream ends. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll see the archive section—it’s all there, ready for you to explore.

Other Frequently Asked Questions

    • Bulletins are linked directly on the Livestream page, typically posted a few days before each worship service.

    • You’ll also get the bulletin delivered straight to your inbox each week as part of our announcement newsletter—just make sure you’re subscribed. You can subscribe to our email newsletters here.

  • Yes! Open the YouTube app on your device and search for “Good Shepherd La Crosse.” Or, cast the livestream from your phone or tablet using AirPlay or Chromecast.

  • Check your spam or junk folder, and add our address to your safe sender list. Still having trouble? Contact our webmaster.

  • Yes! Head to our Giving Page to donate securely online.

  • Fill out a Connect Card on our website or reach out directly via email at office@gslacrosse.org—we’d love to get you connected.
