About this Sunday:
The Twelfth Sunday after Pentecost focuses on recognizing who Jesus truly is — the Messiah, the Son of God — and what that means for us. It highlights Peter’s confession of faith and the promise that the church will be built upon that confession. We celebrate a God who reveals himself to us, strengthens us through faith, and calls us to be a community founded on him — a people who live and serve in his name.
